I have asked this before, but it seems almost nobody is concerned about custom bbCodes or users who need extra effort to create visually appealing posts. When using custom bbCodes, if you select a text and apply the bbCode with a button, it’s not possible to achieve the same result as with the bold button, which does not introduce a line break.

We've just updated XF from version 1 to version 2.3. In version 1, we had the XFRM add-on (v1.2.4), which we're trying to update to version 2.3.4.
We get the following error (on-click upgrade or manually uploading the add-on)

hello,
i was wondering if anyone has considered or tried implementing mousetrap.js to xenforo....ive been thinking about this since vb5 and it popped out of my memory again just now...

so of course anyone probably knows we can ctrl+b will bold text and ctrl+u underline etc....i wanted to extend the functionality for other bbcodes tho, perhaps even for initiating attachments upload, or idk what misc...so, inline code or such for example...wondering how complicated that would be...

hello,
it is nice that 2.3 now includes support to send a personal message to ones self.
however, without the proper phrasing on this line, members arent really aware of this.

i thought to edit the "separate_names_with_comma" phrase but i started to wonder if this phrase is used other places which might not make sense to custom edit it for this location?

ideally, it might auto send to "self only" if left blank(and indictate this in the phrasing), rather than requiring me to type my own...

hello,
ive noticed this one for some years now but im finally to a point of wishing it was fixed ;P

if i try to @ tag a user or start a new direct message etc, the auto complete doesnt work for some users and i cant figure out why only these certain users wont display....i found at least 3 that seem to almost not exist so far.

same thing happens with all addons disabled....

nothing particular i can notice about user groups....all the effected members are/were some form of moderator at...

Hey guys,
Is there an addon that would allows admins users to post silently in a thread without bumping it back to the top?

I want to add a quick message to event threads that read "This event has now finished, you can watch the replay here" without the thread bumping back to the top. I often go back over numerous event threads closing them out which means the main forum becomes clogged with less than helpful posts.

@AndyB do you have anything like this?
