In v2.3.0 beta 6 I believe src/vendor/dokuwiki/utf8/utf8.php was replaced by src/utf8.php acting as a shim for the new XF\Util\Str functions.

The issue is that the way this has been implmented breaks certain systems - particularly my unit test framework - because it is simply "including" the file with no protection for redeclaration of functions contained within.

Adding folders with .webp images for bulk as smilies does not work, does not even render in the acp that anything is even present in said folder via acp.

How to replicate:

Add folder of .webp files
Open acp, goto add smilies
Use bulk import, select folder
Result is empty..

Image optimization is on, have the same result with it off to.

I just upgraded to 2.3. I still see the Style Chooser rather than the button to switch between light and dark mode. I checked settings and didn't see an option for this. What am I missing?

Recently (last week) members have reported some (not all) PDF files failing to attach
Specs.pdf fails to attach.
Test.pdf from XF 2.2 - PDF Files Won't Attach
loads without an error

When attempting to attach dialogue runs but doesn't identify as pdf

Pressing F12 and selecting the Console tab showed these errors

Hello, I’m on the xf cloud and recently had my site upgraded. The front page looks the same however, with no option to switch to the new dark theme. I didn’t see any outdated templates but the admin section is dark. Any idea what might be wrong and how I could correct this?
