Updates from ozzy47?

In a German forum, it is being discussed that nothing has happened with Ozzy47 for a while and important updates for 2.3 haven't been made yet.

I don't know if that's true. I only know that the Google search no longer works, and I will start working on it tomorrow. The moderator add-on has an issue when the ignore add-on isn't installed, and I was too lazy to adjust it. Xon's report add-on doesn't work, so I uninstalled it.

Most add-ons need a replace of "name" with "id" in the templates...

API - delete threads with hard_delete not working

Hi,

I am trying to use DELETE threads/{id}/ with hard_delete: true in the body payload, but the given thread never gets permanently deleted.

I am running this api test as admin with all permissions for the api key.

Request entity too large

Dear Community,

For a few weeks now, some of my users (only a handful and by no means all of them) have been reporting the following problem when uploading photos.

I've checked the server, PHP, etc. limits. 50MB is possible, but as you can see from the screenshot, it stops at around 5MB.

The problem is new. In the meantime, I have actually only changed two things:

1. installed the latest XenForo update
2. set the PHP version to the latest

My provider said he sees no problem with the...

Exponential incease in "StopForumSpam" registrations

Within the past few months I have noticed a marked increase in registrations caught by "StopForumSpam" and was wondering if any eose has experiences this? I have my registrations set up such that even after validating email I still have to approve the account. Lately I have been getting a ton of (I'm guessing) bot registrations. Usually it is either the IP address or email or often both that get tagged by StopForumSpam.

Has anyone else noticed a big increase in these kinds of bot...

Ограничение загрузки ресурсов версии 3.1 (для XF 2.3) и версии 2.2.6 (для XF 2.2) теперь доступны!

Это обновление устраняет проблему, из-за которой попытка загрузки несуществующего ресурса приводила к непредвиденной ошибке.

Question regarding the process of converting attachments from JPG to WEBP

I'm doing this for a few reasons. Faster page loading, less usage or resources, and smaller backups... It appears to system creates a new file for each image in reduced size. Is that the case? If so, the original images are still on the server, correct? If so, that'll mean larger backups... Or does the system delete the original image?

How to edit the 'contact us' phrase to include link to user's profile, admincp etc?

I can't seem to figure out how to edit the contact_email_body_html phrase, to include a link to the user's admincp profile.

<p>The following message has been sent from {user} (IP: {ip}) via the contact form at {board}.</p>

Our contact email is imported into Zendesk, and it makes it so much easier for our agents if they can get a link to the user's profile in the admincp (vs copying the username and pasting it into the acp search). We were able to do this in XF 1.5 but I cannot seem to...
