Inconsistent function return type hinting

XF\Entity\UserUpgrade::setupApiResultData() has a return type of void, but XF\Mvc\Entity\Entity::setupApiResultData() doesn't and neither do seemingly most other entity classes. It means that any addons that extend XF\Entity\UserUpgrade::setupApiResultData() will break as it's arbitrarily had a return type added.

I can see that XF\Entity\UserUpgrade only had this function added in 2.3.0 Beta 4 so I presume it was an IDE autocomplete or something. It would be...

No email bounce log action from Amazon SES spam complaints

When a user marks email received from your site as 'spam' in their mail application, the majority of mail applications will then send a spam/abuse notification back to the sending server complaints process.

Issues with spoiler auto-scrolling on mobile browsers

I've noticed that trying to scroll through posts with expanded spoiler text often causes my phone's web browser to randomly scroll up or down on its own after I scroll away. This gets very frustrating especially if a post is long or has a lot of spoiler tags in it. Confirmed this happens here on the community forums as well as our forum.

I can't speak for all mobile browser and OS combinations but it happens on my Android 13 phone running chrome 108, as well as Firefox 108, and it happens...

Trouble with bounce handler

We are set up to use AWS SES for out outbound mail and are using a MS Exchange server to handle the bounce messages.
The problem is that we get the error
Laminas\Mail\Exception\RuntimeException: Bounce connection error: cannot login, user or password wrong

We believe we have the correct bounce@mydomain.org email address for bounce but we do not know much about Exchange.
Is it necessary to have the bounce handler on the same domain as the site? Our site...

I don't allow connected accounts. They have always been disabled so I'm not sure why this error occured.

Spammers in Approval Queue, what to do?

We switched over from VB to XenForo. I'm now sure how VB dealed with this, but there barely was a spam problem under VB and no manual action had to be taken against individual spammers. Now with Xenforo, there are a lot of new account registrations that XenForo detects because of matches against StopForumSpam. So XenForo puts them in the Approval Queue. (I don't know what VB did with these, but we didn't have a spam problem. Or maybe the spammers are not interested in VB?)
