What action constitutes an active user per reports?

I'm finding my reporting to not truly reflect what I see on a daily basis.

What action or activity = active users, per the graphs on stats page in admin?
/admin.php?stats

is it simply logging in/starting a session? or is it some other activity, such as posting, or viewing a thread (not just the home page)

I have hundreds of pages of these errors in the server log. There seems to be a lot of repetition, but not all the same user or post id. We have been running clean for months and I am not aware of any recent changes that may have caused this issue which seems to have started happening about a week ago.

Send welcome DM, but don't send welcome email, but send emails for other DMs

I want to be able to send a welcome DM (and not a welcome email) and also continue to notify users by email when they receive a DM. But I don't want to send each new user an email notification about their welcome DM. This doesn't seem possible unless disable email notifications for all private conversations is selected.

variations.less is not as efficient as it could be

variations.less ouputs every color property / component 3 times (default, for prefers-color-scheme and for explicit override) - including colors / components that are identical.

For example --xf-contentBg--h, -xf-borderColor--s and --xf-borderColor--a are identical for XenForo default style light and dark variations.

Suggested Fix
Only output colors / components that actually are different between variations.

XFES and multiple forums

If you have multiple forums on one instance, can you run XFES on all (or more than 1) of them?

Or do you need to run 1 forum on 1 instance with Elasticsearch?

Further, would running 2 ES-enabled forums on 1 instance confuse the forums or would they know to search that forum only and not provide results from another forum?

New to XFES/Elasticsearch.

Edit: I've added another user to this group and it does respect the user title. So, I tried removing the user from the group and adding them again, then rebuilding the cache, and it still doesn't appear for them.

Community stamp on Photos when Members in my Community write topics

When members in my community write topics, I want the photos to have a Community stamp. Members write topics. They add photos to the top or bottom of the topics related to these topics. I want my community name and mydomain.com to be automatically printed on these photos. Also, community members add photos to the media gallery. I want the same print to be applied to these photos. Is there a addon for this?

Extending thread creation

Hi,

I'm running into an issue extending the Forum class - what I'm trying to achieve is to automatically add a reply after a thread is created. I'm trying to extend the "finalizeThreadCreate" method in the Forum class.

I have some code which is currently doing nothing as far as I can tell. Two questions on this:

1. Should I be approaching this differently?
2. How can I best debug class extensions to determine where the issue is?

    • Не позволяйте XF2.3 преобразовывать вложения SVG/значки xfrm в формат webp при оптимизации изображений
    • Исправление XF2.3 позволяет преобразовывать SVG в PNG на стороне клиента при отправке
    • Исправлено, что svg-вложения не генерируют URL-адреса миниатюр, как ожидалось...
