Paypal IPN notification warnings after converting from VB3.x to XF2.2

I recently converted from VB3.x to XF2.2 and I'm now having issues with Paypal still trying to send IPN communications back to my old VB notification URL.

I know that recurring payments do not import from VB to XF. So I've been manually cancelling those auto payments before they renew. But even after I cancel them Paypal still tries to send IPN notifications to my old VB URL on the day the auto payment would have renewed. Those notifications error out, and eventually Paypal disables my IPN...

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a new thread with a unique tag. That tag must not be used anywhere else.
  2. Click the tag edit link in the thread to edit its tags.
  3. Click the "x" next to the tag to remove it.
  4. Submit the form by clicking "Save", but do not refresh or navigate away from the page.
  5. The tag should now be deleted from the database, since its last xf_tag_content entry has been removed.

Hello there,
I want to tell you about a problem I am experiencing today in detail frankly, this is a mistake or not I'm not sure. I just wanted to evaluate it with you.

When I've upload a profile banner with .gif extension the original size of the image was incredibly high.

While watching this with surprise, I continued to investigate.
I did the same test on the other script installed on my server and the result as below.

2.3 Outdated Templates - Merge feature issue?

I started testing upgrading my v2.2.16 sites to 2.3 upgrade and did it via CLI. Ended up with a few templates that were outdated as usual, all were easy fixes except PAGE_CONTAINER, thats a hot mess. I get it's a major update but never seen these kind of issues.

I'm wondering if I have an error within the merge feature. I have nearly 40 issues and many of them are significant large blocks of code to where I'm struggling to understand whats going on with all the scrolling around.

Banner viewing on PC and Mobile (size & appearance)

Hey, apologies if it's a silly question. I am in the process of finalizing a purchase of a banner from Fiverr for my forum. I have received 4 sizes of the banner as I requested:

1000 (width) x 350 (height)
320x150
320x200
320x250

I need the same banner to be viewable on pretty much any and all devices (Mainly PCs and smartphones). How does it work with xenforo? Do I just put up the big banner (1000x350) and xenforo auto-resizes it for people logging in on mobile phones or do I need to...

My Aproval Queue has 7 thousand items on it, how to bulk get rid of it?

As the title asks, there's a proper over the top amount of accounts/etc on the approval queue and it's outright impossible to deal with this one by one.

If someone would be so kind as to point how could I deal with this, even if I could just execute a query on the DB to clear this because I'm not sure how to proceed.
