Widget display style: Carousel

Sliding the carousel forward moves to the next tile (fine) but sliding it to the backwards moves it to the second next tile every time (issue).

It happens on the every widgets with carousel display style. e.g. Featured content, Trending content, Featured resources etc. widgets.

The issue is reproducible here.
