Where do I actually buy Media Gallery?

Hi all, I'm hoping someone has the link to purchase the Media Gallery addon. I want it to show up on the right hand side of the page, next to the main body of forums. Where you will often see "Members online" and "Staff online"

I also want to confirm two things:

1. Is this the addon, seen on the right hand side of the page with pictures? It just says "Random Media":
