The thread meta data hover/title objects have varying right and bottom borders from none to 1 to a full box.
it's hard to grab screens of it happening as it's inconsistent. I grabbed the hover on the 'user' fa to show the Thread Starter right border missing and bottom border is not as thick?
the clock, the text and other items in this row have weird issues that change per thread it seems...
other places, it works fine on the right, but bottom border still seems thin. this...
