Version dependent template modifications, code event listeners and class extensions

In order to support multiple XenForo versions if is sometimes (often?) necessary to have slightly different template modifications, code event listeners and class extensions for each version - sometimes even within the same major version.

While there are already ways to achieve this it would IMHO be much cleaner (and probably more efficient) to have optional min / max required XenForo versionid fields for thoses entities.

This way XenForo could check the requirements when updating caches...
