url character error

Romantized url and emoji conversion option is turned on but the Turkish character "ı" on url turns into "-". Normally, it should appear as "i" in the url.

For example: öneri - Mechanic 14 inç Büyük Ekran Ayırma Seperatör

How do I fix this error?
