I run a football (soccer) forum. We'd like to introduce a page that allows members to upvote/downvote the credibility of transfer rumour sources.
The motivation behind this is to encourage our members to only share transfer rumours from sources that the community have rated to be credible.
I figure we'd input sources (websites/social media handles etc) via admin control panel, and members then vote accordingly (up or down) as to how reliable they are.
