Similar Threads and Resource Manager Threads

I just recently started using the resource manager on one of my sites. Today I noticed that none of the threads that have been created by the resource manager have a similar threads widget. Every other thread on my site has a similar threads widget. Also, none of those threads are showing up in other threads' similar threads widget. Is there a setting that's off, or something I can check, for this? I have 3 different threads that, to me, should probably all show up on each other's similar...
