"Share this thread" not working as expected for Android browsers

I've had a report that when using the Android DuckDuckGo mobile app (or Android Edge), instead of the XF 'share this thread' widget it uses an android dialog/overlay which copies the title+url rather than just the url.

So instead of copying:
