Separate limits for forum and XFMG

I've just run into a situation where a member has uploaded batches of videos into a forum thread. The Media Gallery relies on those same settings so can't really decrease the file size allowed for each area.

I think we should be able to set limit separate limits for upload for XFMG.

File size
File count image
File count video

There also seems to be two settings for how many images can be set per post. One setting in Messages setting the other in Attachments.
