S3 Reverse Proxy Setup

I have this running as of right now GitHub - nginxinc/nginx-s3-gateway: NGINX S3 Caching Gateway

I am currently having issues where downloads will not work. Mainly saying invalid_image_request. After reloading the page a few times, will allow a full download.

I am unsure what I may have configured wrong. So I am willing to pay to have someone help...
