Resource Team Members can't update images

Heyo. I was trying to update the download images of a download I was a member on, however I can't actually update any images over that the download image itself due to not being the "owner" of the file.

This is consistent across our userbase at TF2Maps.net and I'd hope that there is a fix for it somewhere? It's frustrating being on the team but being unable to actually edit parts of my resource.
