I think there are several of us that have ben using the, now deleted, Smilies Bar. Not sure what happen to the original dev but they seem to have been MIA of awhile now. I know my community is not going to be thrilled to not use it in 2.3 and am looking to see if and XF devs are able to take a look at the code and refactor it for 2.3 to be an add-on again. Obviously not for free.
