[OzzModz] XFRM: File Size - Display of the size of the resource attachment files and overview filters.

Requirements:
XenForo Resource Manager 2.2.0+


Description:

Adds a display of the size of the resource attachment files and overview filters.

Also adds rebuild tool to recalculate attachment file sizes. (runs automatically on first installation)
