Native device emoji – disappearing emojis inside the emoji editor overlay

I tried this on a clean install of mine using macOS 14.1.1 (23B81) with Chrome Version 119.0.6045.159 (Official Build) (x86_64)

It seems to be Chrome-specific as it works with Safari.

It happens only when choosing "Native device emoji" and not with the other types.
