Multiple thread prefixes

For example, a support forum may want to record status like PENDING, BUG, COMPLETED but also a version number of their software, so 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 etc.

My suggestion is allow more than one prefix, and an admin panel option to limit it.
