Mobile users reporting page not showing

So I am getting reports from multiple users that the site is not working on there mobile phones.
I can not confirm it as everything is working on my end.

I did a little poll and So far 19 have voted and 52% are having trouble.
I have contacted my provider for info ... and send a follow up
