Merge Staff/Members Online Widgets

Oblivion Knight submitted a new resource:

[UO] Merge Staff/Members Online Widgets - ...merges the staff/members online widgets!

I ran a modification that did this back on XF1 (pretty sure it was by @Russ) - but it never got ported.. until now! 🙂

This is original code and uses only the same idea.
