Member profile cards problems.

Hello, sometimes profile cards do not appear when I click on member names.
Sometimes it shows up, but usually when I click on member names, the profile cards do not appear.
This doesn't happen in other forums I use, they appear as soon as I click on them.
What is the reason for this?

I would appreciate if you can help me add it as a video.
