google adsense problem. deactivating account for no reason (or at least they dont tell me why)

This is already the second time my AdSense account has been deactivated without explaining the reason, saying that they can't disclose it due to privacy reasons. It might be because they think I'm telling users to click on the ads or that I'm clicking on the ads myself, which I have never done. The only thing I did was create a premium upgrade account that allows users to avoid seeing ads.
