error 403 after 2.3.2 upgrade

After upgrade I got error 403, when editing replies on threads or in direct messages. Same goes with uploading images. I'm wondering is this something to do my host or this version of XF. This isn't issue that occurs all the time, but very often.

I have also changed recently php version to 8.3.10
