Disable and remove reactions per post/comment/thread

I noticed the option to disable reactions when creating a warning:

Disable reactions If checked, users will not be able to react to the content that the user has been warned for.

I think it would be nice to have that ability without creating a warning. Eg: add such an option here:

And maybe a "remove reactions" option in the Edit menu...
