Declare class error

I have two plugins by the same developer that have suddenly been causing problems. Unfortunately the developer has ignored support requests, so I'm reaching out to other developers that might be able to fix the problem. The error is:

ErrorException: [E_WARNING] Cannot declare class Swift, because the name is already in use
