Custom post thread button text

I've somehow changed the button text for post new thread but it's on the wrong page.

Worst of all I can't find it in phrases or templates so I am not sure how I made the change

Where it says "Submit Haiku" I want to revert or remove this phrase, your help, as always is greatly appreciated.
