Crypto Ticker Add-on

I'd like to hire someone to make a crypto ticker add-on that pulls pricing data in from coinmarketcap or coinpaprika.com when someone writes a crypto ticker i.e. $BTC.

The functionality would be in the form of a mouse-over hovering popup, when mousing over the $Ticker.
