Contact us form questions & routing

Does anyone know of a mod to add / expand upon the contact us form? Specifically, would like to add a dropdown field called "Inquiry" and then have a few precanned options to choose from. Similarly, based on the dropdown, would be amazing to go one step further and route the question to a different email address.
