Connected accounts... where is the URL stored?

Absurdly (embarrassingly) simple question here, but I have tried and failed to find the answer in the source code.

When setting up connected account providers, and hitting something like the Facebook test button https://<XFsiteURL>/admin.php?connected-accounts/facebook/perform-test&test=1, where does XF get the URL for the Facebook API call? I thought it would be trivial to find this, but... nope 😬
