CLI option for Rebuild post embed metadata

I did ask about this in the general 2.3 discussion but didn't get any confirmation if it already exists. I have gone through the list but it does not seem like supported by the CLI tool.

Rebuild post embed metadata could be very useful after an upgrade from 2.2>2.3. It seems like a way to get dimensions recorded of existing images. Which would boost user experience for everyone. I tried running it in browser and gave up after a few hours on my test install. Couldn't test if it did...
