changing the colors

Good day,

were can i change the colors of the folowwing bar:
Threads below have not been updated since your last visit.



I know this is an example from xenforo itself on my site it looks like this :



And i want to have more contrast in it cause its not readable by the users.

Does anyone know were to find this in the style settings ?
