Bumping unanswered threads

One of my biggest pet peeves is threads that go unanswered. Especially from newer members. I find that it often times discourages them from coming back when their threads go unanswered.

Is there an add-on that bumps unanswered threads so that they stay towards the top?

Surely I can't be the only one to have crossed this bridge.
