Auto Linkify domain names or addresses without the https present.

Is there a way to have the system automatically convert domain names to hyperlinks?

A lot of times people are too lazy to add the https:// or to use the bb code.

So that if one posts...

name.ca or name.com or name.org etc automatically convert to links.
