Article layout, trending and featured content standard layout

There is no dividing border in the first displayed content, most likely because there is an image displayed next to the snippet and therefore visually it would be quite ugly.


But when there is no image displayed it would be more consistent to display this separation border, so that it corresponds to the other content displayed.
