Are there any add-ons that support Username Images

I'm hoping someone can help me make it to where I can upload an image in place of usernames (like in place of the text)

For example:



I'd like to make it so that my username is an image like how Zora's in the example above is an image. This would only be for certain users / groups and not for everyone. Thank you in advance and sorry if this has already been asked before or if it's a dumb question. (I'm still learning, please forgive me)
