Allow without approval if user has x posts?

Hi there! Is it possible to set this add-on to only require staff approval to upload to the Media Gallery if the user has <x amount of posts? We want to allow our Registered users to upload content here but sometimes spammers get through and add inappropriate images, which as you can imagine is quite bad. But we don't want to restrict all of our legitimate users and have them wait on staff approval to get their content uploaded, which can take hours.
