Allow Using Internal Link addresses in Link Forums

If I am setting up a navigation entry, I can set the link to {{ link('path/to/resource') }} and the link will automatically update to match any root domain or route filter any time the page loads.

I would like to see similar behavior allowed in Link Forum nodes. Currently these must be hard-coded, which means that if a route filter is applied or the root domain changes (such as when cloning a prod instance to a dev instance), these Link Forums must be manually updated to point to the...
