Advice on operating system and panel

Greetings,

I have been using ubuntu 24.04 + plesk panel for a long time, but recently it keeps reinstalling unnecessary components that I removed. This is really annoying.

I wonder which control panel and operating system you are using? Is there a structure you would recommend?
