admin/moderator user notes?

I see a few add ons, but none seem to provide the same/ease of use that was provided even back in vbulletin. while im happy with pretty much everything xenforo does better than VB since the migration, this is easily one thing I miss on a regular basis. any plans to implement something like this in an upcoming version?
