Add-on actions pending notice: how to resolve

Hi,

A few months ago, I installed an add-on called "CashFree Payment Profile" (Link: Unmaintained - CashFree Payment Profile). It didn't work, and I encountered an error on the admin panel page. I immediately uninstalled the add-on, but I still see a notice in red on the admin panel home page: "One or more add-ons currently have actions pending and may be in an inconsistent state.
