Add links to the Xenforo Manuals To This Forum's Navigation

This is a suggestion to add to the forum's navigation bar (next to Media, Resources, etc) a Documentation tab with links to:

• Xenforo Administrator's Manual
• Xenforo Developers Manual
• Perhaps some selected tutorials that are really useful or common:
  • How to set up payment providers PayPal (API) and Stripe
  • How to set up permissions and groups and how to let users add themselves to a group
  • How to use Xenforo's OAuth2 SSO to log in your wiki, etc. - I can't find...
