Accidentally posted private info in a DM

Did this on a xenforo forum, I can tell the name in PMs

I accidentally posted private info, and realized quickly (in a couple minutes or so)

This was all in a PM, btw

It was in the form of an image, I edited the message and deleted the attachment of the image

I later deleted the PM, both me and the other guy left

Should this hard delete the info provided? Would anyone be able to access it?
