Is the version number just not updated in the user cp? the automated download says i just tried it again (1 min ago, which is true).
2.3.2 is not in the drop down, though.
my automated update is failing (per: XF 2.3 - 2.3.2 upgrade error - not writable ) so i'm trying to run it manually.
