Permalink Settings

Add a setting to choose how permalink should look like for threads.
This is needed for SEO purposes and give a hierarchy to threads permalinks.
You could have wildcards like {category} {forum} {prefix} {tag} {author} {year} {month} {day}
This is something WordPress does very well.
