Just wondering what people do when a thread gets (too many?) off topic posts.

I find there are generally two important perspectives: from admin POV and from thread starter POV. There’s is of course also the general member experience as well.

Article forum list include links to unread and or last post

I created an article forum node. I have posted several articles in this node. When I view the article forum node, I see the article list with previews that contain an image, article title, article snippet, "view full article" link, date of article posting, and number of replies.

more granular permissions for featured content

Problem registering new members;

I upgraded from XF.2.2 to XF2.3.4 - it was working fine.
I've been having this problem for 3 days now.
Problem registering new members;
-Problem: when a member registers, ok
- the member receives a confirmation email, ok
when a member clicks the link, nothing happens in the email.
My ACP has no error. I disabled all addons, but the problem remains the same.

so it stays like this error:

its always seemed a little odd to me these 2 areas needing a direct bridge...the feeling isnt going away tho ;P

should be easy to do....i almost think i could do it....or piggy it onto another profile area addon, im not sure exactly how to make it "owner of acct only" tho...

i think it will make the profile area more travelled to...which is good for xf imho...
