How to default thread article posts to full view

How to default thread article posts to full view rather than an showing an option to "view full article". In other words, how can I get my users to see all the replies in full view and not have them hidden.

Also, another question: How can I get the first post user info to the side of the post, like the reply user info is? so as to look uniform and equalized.

Can some please help me?... I'm very ignorant on how to even find where to adjust these kinds of things.

My site is very private...

How to hide a widget using display conditions on a specific page?

Hi,
Looks like I'm making a mistake somewhere in the display condition.
I need to hide a widget from multiple pages, but nothing works.

If I use
Code:

$xf.reply.template !== 'whats_new'
it works.
But when trying to add another page nothing works
Code:

$xf.reply.template !== 'whats_new, whats_new_profile_posts'

What am I doing wrong?

Could I usee BB Code to display stock market data?

I utilize s9 Media Sites which can do this but I was thinking, a lot of my users know stock symbols by heart so to simplify things, could I just create BB Code so they could simply go like [stock]GOOG[/stock] and it would push out a chart/info from Yahoo Finance or Market Watch or something?

User alert/notifications IF posted in certain nodes

Hey all,

I have an announcement node where I post all official site stuff. Is there an option natively on xf 2.3 that when I post a thread in that node, all valid users can get an Alert/Notification (right away, when they sign in)? See, because they're official I want everyone to see/read every time something gets posted there.

Search term highlighting can be very inaccurate

When Xenforo displays search results, it attempts to highlight search terms in the resulting text. However this process is completely separate from the actual search results, which works fine with mysql full text search but produces very confusing results for end-users with XFES.

Elasticsearch can return highlighting match results, but this isn't used and XF currently doesn't have a way to export these into the search results and then to display it.
