I'm unsure if this is actually possible at the moment, not having seen the back-end and options for myself yet but tossing this up:

Allow for the ability to attach images with trophies. Sort of like Xbox Live achievements that have little icons associated with them, it'd be nice to glance at one and know what it's for.

Improve ignored user search results UX

I had no idea this user was on my ignore list.

The 'show ignored content' is very muted and it took me way too long (and a thread here) to figure it out.

Instead of showing pages of nothingness due to being ignored, please adjust the template to show the user is in fact on your ignore list and that's why no content shows up.

No postings for an old user with posts

This seems to be a one-off issue. All other users work (so far).

This user has not posted or logged-in in over a decade and a half. likely a vb import.
When going to their posting tabs, nothing shows:

When clicking see more, we get pages of those 931 messages, but no content.

Any ideas?

Again, it's just this 1 user. All cache's we rebuilt some time ago (certainly within the last decade)

Video thread type

Much like we have Q&A, Article, Discussion thread types, a Video thread type would help sites/threads rank where the main content being posted is a video.

Google does not like to rank attached videos as video threads. All my threads with videos attached show up under:

Route Filter CASE question

On my site we use something called Market Pages and each user gets a custom URL to their page

ie: domain.com/market/username

The problem I am having is the /username part which is obliviously lower case, but I'm trying to figure out if one types...

domain.com/market/UserName how it could then default to domain.com/market/username without getting an oops.

I suppose I could make two route filters, I did that on a test name and it worked but it seems redundant to do that...

Child style has no variations when parent becomes disabled (if user had previously chosen parent)

If there is parent style (default) and a child style both have variations and both available for user selection

Steps to reproduce:
  • User chooses the parent style
  • Subsequently you admin then make child the default and disable the parent for user selection
  • User's style automatically switches to the child (as the only available style), but it has no variations.

If you re-enable parent for users and they then choose child, then you disable parent it all seems to work

Is there a setting to enable the style variation picker?

As admin, I can see the little icon on the footer to select light/dark etc. None of our users can though. I had to remove the <xf:if is="$xf.visitor.canChangeStyleVariation($xf.style)"> check from PAGE_CONTAINER.

Is there a permission or setting somewhere that I'm missing?

I need to create a button for marking the forum as read.. question about the date tag at the end.

So the Mark Read button has the below URL that seems to change with time. I assume it has a purpose. Well, if I were to paste that URL into an HTML template to create a button, the date number wont change. If I just remove everything after and including the ?, it still seems to mark the forum read but I'm assuming the date thing has a purpose.
